The registration fee includes the following (same for Students, Academics, Non-Academics, Accompanying persons; for Accompanying persons conference materials are not included):
- admission to all conference meetings and talks,
- conference materials,
- all lunches and coffee/snack breaks,
- one evening reception (cash bar, free Hors d’oeuvres),
- the conference (gala) dinner,
- free wifi access at the conference site.
Notes
- Students – When picking up the registration materials, students are expected to produce proof of their student status (PhD candidates are considered in this category).
- Academics – refers to Faculty & researchers at tertiary & research institutions and laboratories.
- Non Academics – refers to anyone other than students & academics e.g. government officers and industry related personnel.
- Accompanying persons – refers to anyone accompanying a registered person of any of the three categories (Students, Academics, Non Academics).
Please note that the registration of one of the authors is prerequisite for presenting a paper in the form of invited talk, contributed talk or poster. The paper has to be submitted independently of the registration, please see “Abstract Submission” in the menu of IWAP2023.
