All technical activities of the Conference will take place at Porto Palace Hotel and Conference Center, housed in a historical building of 1913 preserving its industrial architecture, near the harbor of the city, at walking distance from the city center.
The conference hotel offers special prices to IWAP2023 participants upon availability. Rooms will be successively released until 5 May 2023. Any booking after this date will be considered based on demand and availability.

You may want to read the terms for each hotel price list (click “read more” under each price table). Please remember to mention IWAP2023 to be offered the listed price.

The prices include a rich breakfast at the Vitrina restaurant, free refreshment Mini Bar (water, juice, soft drinks and beer) with daily renewal, free Wi-Fi, as well as all legal charges.
Accommodation tax is €4 per room per night. Payment can be made either upon arrival or upon departure from the hotel.
The hotel has an underground guarded car park with an additional daily charge of €18 per car.
The first night’s fee per room is required as a deposit, charged to a credit card. Alternatively, deposit to a bank account is also feasible. Payment for accommodation and any additional consumption is made upon departure.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, there is a cancellation fee proportional to the cost of one night’s stay.
In case of a no-show at the hotel without valid notification or emergency departure, there is a charge amounting to 100% of the cost of the reservation.
